Eating out in Dunedin can be difficult sometimes when you don't know what you want to eat. There are many restaurants and cafes hidden in alleys, underground and out in the suburbs or across town and you usually end up going out to a place that you know and is quite popular and never end up experiencing the wider cuisine range we have in Dunedin

In 2011 I will be creating a map of all the restaurants and cafes in Dunedin and posting a review about each one on this blog making it easier for people to discover the food culture Dunedin has to offer!

Moving on…

Unfortunately Eating Dunedin Food is over before it even began.

I have decided to move with my partner to Christchurch! I have already got a job lined up at the Crowne Plaza as Demi Chef de Partie.

Christchurch is a much bigger city to Dunedin, a blog like this could still be useful. I don’t really know much about dining in Christchurch. I might rename this blog and continue the concept to the new city!

Cafes and Restaurants to Visit

Before I can start visiting all these places in Dunedin I first need to find them all. I've been searching a few other sites and compiled a list. I have setup a Google Map that will list them all so that others can find directions!
